Ran/walked five days (two miles each day) at Myrtle Beach
May 30, 31, June 2, 3, 4th. Running on the Beach is a long way . Richy Hansard has outrun me. I’ll be glad to get back to my bikin trails.

Workout under the car port on Sunday evening. Modified pushup off the wall, four feet from wall (3sets x 20) I was a little lazy ; Jumping up patio steps (3 sets x 20) ; Squats (3 sets x 20)
